FAQ
HOW LONG WILL THE INSTALLATION TAKE?
This all depends on the product that you choose. For instance, a hardwood timber floor can take a day or 2 too lay and then need to sit for a further week before the sanding team arrive to finish your job. However, where Engineered products are concerned your job is usually completed within a day or two.
DO WE NEED TO REMOVE THE FURNITURE?
Your furniture will need to be removed from all the rooms or areas where flooring is too be laid. You can of course do this yourself, or we are more than happy to include removal costs for your furniture in the written quote. Just ask!!
DO WE NEED TO VACATE THE HOUSE?
In most cases this is not necessary, however every job is different and whilst some are only small jobs of a room or two, other jobs can be large, incorporating the whole house. Pat will discuss your individual situation with you.
WHAT SORT OF FINISHES ARE THERE?
There are a number of finishes for your Timber ranging from Polyurethane to Water based finished. These consist of Matt, Satin, Gloss and Semi-Gloss. These can all individually viewed in our showroom which has over 80 samples.
